Current Implementation and Limitations
Current documentation briefly explains the possible data types with the upload feature. It would be helpful to also include a sample csv files and explain the data types (subject ID, date, etc.) in it.

Provided a sample csv file which includes the all the necessary columns (subjectID, date), the sample data row, and some extra columns with specified data just in case
