Upload feature crashes when trying to upload large csv files

Current Behavior

Selecting a instrument to upload to and uploading a csv file that follows the template rules but has 1000+ entries will crash the upload feature.

Expected Behavior

If all the entries follow proper template etiquette, it should successfully upload all the entries to the database, if it encounters one with an error it should send an error notification instead of crashing the upload page.

1. Open upload feature
2. select instrument to upload
3. Attempt to upload with csv containing 1000+ entries

This issue is caused by a timeout error, however to entries are entered into the database correctly. Thus the solution is to work around the timeout or provide something such as a loading page whilst the data is being uploaded instead of the site crashing
