Convert date data to unserialized version in subject table #1150
Description
Current Behavior
Date types get serialized when they're communicated from frontend to backend and vice versa. However they should be unserialized before being displayed in the subject table.
Expected Behavior
When the subject table receives a serialized date the data should be unserialized before being displayed.

Steps To Reproduce
Use a form with a date variable in its zod schema such as the one attached.
upload bundle to an odc instance
fill out the form and view the subjects instrument record to view date value (ex: milkshake expiration date, etc.)
