Allow sex to be optionally added for custom identifier option in subject creation form

Current Implementation and Limitations

currently the option to add the sex of the subject is only available with the personal information section. Users may want to have the ability to add the sex of the subject whilst using the custom identifier option for the case of pre-clinical subjects (ie animals, etc.)

this is technologically impossible, given how IDs are generated as a hash

Adding it to the hash id would be impossible however adding it to the subject data of a subject with a custom id is possible. Of course hashing is good for the case of hiding PID of humans subjects, animal subjects dont have this issue.
