Mandatory forms for subjects (species)

In the case a user wants a piece of data/info attached to each subject but do not bloat the subject model with more attributes.

Options:

• Mandatory form that user is redirected to after filling out session form
• Mandatory form attached to session form, done simultaneously
• Attaching attribute to subject dynamically (not favorable)

All these would be options selected by the group manager in their group management form
