Can't figure out the "load characters" button

I was able to save a character, but I'm unable to load them. Nothing happens when I press the "load character" button.

I'm not sure what the problem could be without more information, sorry. I'll test out the saving/loading, but I couldn't say for sure what is going wrong here.
