Auto-conjugation "Bulk Delete from Dimension" not working

As best I can tell, when I was attempting to manage the regex rules in Advanced mode, clicking the "bulk delete from dimension" on a rule and then selecting a dimension didn't result in any instances of that rule being removed. I can't recall the precise conditions that I encountered this issue, but I suspect it would be reliable to reproduce.
