Conjugation/Declension Autogeneration won't save

I've been doing some pretty hardcore conjugation work recently, and for some reason the very first entry in the Conjugation/Declension Autogeneration Setup page (just the one that happens to be at the top of the list) absolutely refuses to save the settings I give it no matter what I do. Every other entry has saved no issue and works perfectly, it's just the "first person singular simple future" (as per my screenshots)

This is the first time I'm using the tool 'in anger' as it were, so I'm playing around a lot more and perhaps clicking buttons I shouldn't, but I can't for the life of me figure out what I might have clocked to cause this, so I'm fairly sure it's a bug rather than user-error.

I've tried switching back an forth between the Simplified and Classic setup forms, I've tried pushing rules between dimensions, I've tried copy-pasting rules. Nothing sticks. I can edit the "SIMPLE-SETUP" rule that is in there, but it reverts as soon as I close the screen.

Weirdly, as long as I leave it at one rule it keeps applying it to the conjugation, I just can't see it at all. And as soon as I want to add more types of conjugation it falls over. It seems to have somehow got 'stuck' in simple setup mode and I can't free it!

Edited to Add: I'm running PolyGlot ver. 3.6 BETA (last release: 3.6)

(also I took out the screenshot of it 'working' after a save - didn't realise the verb I was using was one that I'd overridden.)

JFC I just restarted the tool to see if there was an update that I was missing and now it works fine, so rip me and the 4 hours I spent on my flight trying to troubleshoot it 😭
Gonna leave the issue open as something happened that I can only assume is a bug, but my immediate problem has been solved.
