I'm not super familiar with the board you are referring to. A quick google search suggests its Linux so likely yes, not sure if the auto expand would work but I don't think you would need to for 3d printer firmware. Give it a shot and let me know if you run into issue or manage to get it working though 😄 |

Hi there,
do you know if I can use your script for extract the file system of an eMMC used onto a Makerbase SKIPR board?
It uses RK3328 chip to control 3D printers.
The reson of my question is that I wanto to distribute the firmware of my 3D printer working on a 32GB eMMC but only 6.5GB is really used of that flash drive.
I can dd the eMMC on my Ubuntu 23.10 system and use on the 32GB image file to shrink it and produce a ready to flash on 8GB eMMC drive.
