[Feature Request] Add option to disable download statistics #1263

Before you submit
- I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
- I'm not requesting app support for a specific repo — that's up to repo maintainers
- I understand this might not get built (Droid-ify is maintained by a single person)
What's the problem?
The "Downloading download statistics" feature fetches data from the IzzyOnDroid server, but my network is making it difficult to download successfully.
What would help?
Add a toggle option in settings to allow users to disable the download statistics feature .
Alternatives?
None - This feature is not essential for core app functionality and should be completely disableable.
Anything else?
There's some discussion here, but I think the option to disable download statistics should be a separate issue.
I'm an Android newbie. If you don't have the bandwidth to handle this request, I can try a pull request, but I'm not sure if my code will meet your needs.
