Update Zenodo badge to always link to the latest release

Updated the link that the Zenodo badge links to to
https://zenodo.org/badge/latestdoi/{github_id}, where {github_id}
equals the repo's ID which can be found at
https://api.github.com/repos/DrugowitschLab/ConnectomeInfluenceCalculator.
This ensures that the Zenodo badge always links to the latest release.
