Add a monospaced font for editing.

Writing LaTeX (or Markdown), like writing in any programming adjacent language, if scuffed and wacky af in a variable-width font. What in a monospaced font was a neat, aligned and organised table, becomes a dilapidated wreck in variable-width font.

However, since LaTeX is slow af I can understand that some people prefer the WYSIWYG of a variable-width font; therefore, I believe that the best solution is a toggle.
