[FeatureRequest]: Save steps/mm (M92) in `config-override.g` through M500

I have different physical extruders that are swapped out between different machines. The extruders have slightly different physical characteristics and hence require individual steps/mm setting. Therefore, this needs to be modified when the head changes, but persisted if we restart a machine without changing the head.

Describe the solution you propose.

If M500 would save the steps/mm settings to config-override.g, it would allow me to persist the configuration when the machine is restarted.

Describe alternatives you've considered

For now we don't have other ways of loading the right parameters when the machine is started. We need to rely on the operator specifying which head is plugged in through a popup window in the PanelDue.
