Example code to how to setup a block.
Blocks consist of 3 things:
-Block (Visualization/UI)
-Node (Functionality)
-Ports (End Points)
Blocks are then to be registered into the dOSCWiresheetConfiguration RegisteredBlocks section
De-serilization is to be setup in dOSCServiceManager to ensure the node is correctly setup
The final step is to add block for visualization in the AppEditor.Razor
