[Enhancement] Allow camera input for file upload photo

Thanks for this awesome app!!

One issue i noticed is in the file upload photo while using it on a phone. It doesn't let me take a photo with the camera and only let's me choose pictures from the camera (see screenshot 1 below).

However if I select on receipt it lets me choose the camera (see screenshot 2 below). This is a slight annoyance and I'm sure the fix is easy also.

I'm on chrome in android 15.
