Double Tap Needed to Switch Lists on iOS (WebKit) touch devices

Due to how WebKit handles touch events and hover states, combined with how the hover animation is implemented to show the delete button on the lists dropdown, switching lists in dropdown on iOS requires two taps. The first tap triggers the hover animation, and the second tap is needed to switch the list. While not a major issue, it slightly disrupts the experience on iOS touch devices. Would it be possible to fix this please?
