cmsSys - value can be zfsoft, njsuwen, urpsoft, kingosoft, custom
libSys - value can be njhuiwen, custom
(Remember, all systems are NOT well supported)
cmsURL - the cms login url
libURL - the library search url (NOT the url of library home page)
