[Scroll component] Issue with scrolling to the end of of the (nu)grid using scroll

The scroll component has a miscalculation that it cannot be dragged to the right most column in the grid. Re-scrolling takes us back to the last position on the scroll but clicking on the arrow we are able to scroll

Double scrollbars are also visible in customer applications that needs to be tested before #431 is completed

hi @sloorush im not able to reproduce this bug on my end, its working as expected there, is it fixed?

@sloorush np, been wanting to contribute to ewc for a long time, i opened the ewc client on the browser and heres what i see upon opening the scroll component. as you can see it could get to the right most corner here

@barelysomethin, This is a regression seen while working on a new grid implementation. It occurs in the PR #431. I suggest this should not be worked on yet
