Initialization function

Instead of requiring the initialization function to be called "Initialise", have that be the default, but allow EWC.INITFN to be set prior to calling EWC.Init.

I think I prefer to allow both spellings, rather than add yet another configuration option.

While we are at it, we should improve the documentation to clarify the roles of the Init and Run functions, and make it clear that in Multi mode, you MUST call eDQ in Initialise.
