Clean up repository: remove redundant files and update references

- Remove redundant documentation files (FEATURES.md, IMPROVEMENTS.md, ROADMAP.md)
- Update .gitignore to reference ai-lab-testing cache directory
- Update scripts/update-docs.sh to reference new tool_definitions.py location
- Clean up build artifacts and cache directories
