Group styles multiplying shamelessly in 3.6.0

What did you do?

1. Created a custom group style:

1. Closed Dynamo
2. Opened and closed Dynamo a couple of times
3. Opened the settings panel and found my group styles had multiplied like Tribbles:

(^^^^ Copied and pasted from original issue since its the same as what I tried ^^^^)

Additional things I tried:

• Try to add the groups through XML
• Try to add the groups through UI.
• Only have my custom groups in XML (remove standard ones)
• Delete duplicate entries
• Change GroupStyleId manually

What did you expect to see?

The DynamoSettings.xml file and UI not cluttering up with duplicate custom groups

I'm having the same exact issue as this issue from a little while back. #2881

Seems its was supposed to be fixed multiple times, but i'm experiencing it now.
