Error restFileMod.F90 at line 1375

Hi,
I am using E3SMv1. For a test run, I configured the model using:
./create_newcase --case /net/fs12/d0/psalunke/E3SMv1/cases/E3SM1-P6 --res ne30_ne30 --compset F20TR-CICE --machine svante --compiler intel
I am wondering whether this resolution and compset are correct or not.

The model installed successfully, and the bld directory contains the e3sm.exe executable. However, when I submit the case using case.submit, I encounter the following error:

ERROR: RUN FAIL: Command 'mpirun -n 128 /net/fs12/d0/psalunke/E3SMv1/cases/E3SM1-P6bld/e3sm.exe >> e3sm.log.$LID 2>&1 ' failed
ERROR in restFileMod.F90 at line 1375
