links; several links created when deleting a different link - cannot get rid of them now #1003

I created 2 links from ONE full length mol to TWO different features (suff to bind regions) on a different mol. Then I decided that I wanted to create 2 separate interactions instead, so cloned the interaction. The cloned version is OK as the links all vanish on cloning - but for the original, when I try to remove links I do NOT want - it adds NEW links for the remaining link instead. Trying to delete any of these links has NO effect - they do not delete.
(I will clone original again and re-add the correct link)
