Feature xrefs don't clone in complex curation #996

Hi Marine,
I cloned EBI-10636225 to make EBI-10636588. The two protein participants
(P05554 & Q62857) had interpro xrefs on the binding features but they didn't
clone into the new complex. This is different to the bug in the prod editor I
just showed you. I'm sorry, I didn't test this last week, I forgot.
