- If a PGS-Only submission is selected by the user from the wizard.
- And the use specified that the PGS is not published in a manuscript
- The user will be presented with a new body of work form as specified above
- On Successful creation of PGS body of Work and redirection to the url - /gwas/deposition/bodyofwork/PCP00... according to …
Consequently: We need the page to present submission check list for the PGS data
Requirement:
- This page should allow user to insert his/her globus id
- When User inserts his globus id, and on submitting the check-list page
- A PGS Submission is created using thesame existing GWAS BACKEND-API
- And submission id (e.g 67c1d22dc1dc8…) is generated for the PGS
