In hra ontology some terms are not showing their label

Describe the bug
In the HRA ontology at https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/hra some CL and Uberon terms are not being labeled by their rdfs:label and just showing the code.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/hra
2. Start searching for either CL_ or UBERON_
3. You will see some terms with labels and some without.

Expected behavior
The terms should use the rdfs:label that is in the HRA ontology file. I've looked at the source file it's using here and have verified the rdfs:labels exist.

@bherr2 its an issue on the OLS end. Have fixed this for PREFER ontology, will have a look into this as well. Thanks for reporting.

@bherr2 this must have been closed automatically when i merged changes in dev. Apologies for the confusion. The code has gone into production and changes will take effect within next 48 hours.
