This version is associated with the revised manuscript (in prep).
- Updated 00_README-FIRST.md to make a distinction between information for the Project Team and the Compendium Recipient.
- Removed 00_README-FIRST.txt
- Rename 00-README-FIRST.md to README.md such that it occurs on the landing page of this repository.
- Removed 2_CITATION.txt and 3_LICENSE.txt. The Markdown files are left in the template for the Compendium Recipient (who doesn't need multiple formats).

- Created a separate GitHub repository (ENCORE AUTOMATION), which currently contains scripts to automatically setup an ENCORE project but which will be expanded in the future. The Step-by-Step guide and the README.md files in the sFSS root refer to this repository.
'Discussions' and 'Wiki' have been activated to provide channels to communicate with the scientific community about ENCORE Version History has been moved from 'Issues' to the Wiki
