Images referenced in Getting Started are openend in frame-2 instead of _blank

This is easily solved in the save_getting_started function by adding target=_blank to the img tag. However, need to check if this might also be necessary for the src and href tags (that is, could conversion of the docx, tex, etc files lead to images being referenced by the src/href tag. If so, then an additional check should be made.
