Our GH actions run on Ubuntu-20.04 for Python3.6 support, but those instances will be discontinued #251

A potential workaround would be to run an Ubunut-20 container on the Ubuntu-22 GH instances, as EasyBuild is doing #250 (comment)
Or, we have to decide that we drop support (or at least: testing) for Python 3.6.
