Create a page with an inventory of artifacts

We produce several artifacts in our repositories - containers, packages, ansible roles, terraform modules, python packages, etc.

# Summary of proposed changes


We should have a single page which shows them all. 

This page should be populated programmatically from declared sources and provide links to these artifacts.
