Link checker checks sub-pages, but not area root

We have an action which usses `hakrawler` to crawl for a list of urls, and `lychee` to check that the urls respond correctly.
This is organised by "area" - User, Provider, Internal, _etc_. 

The actions need to be updated to include the root url (`/`) instead of just the sub-pages.
