fedcloud-vo-monitor will not be able to use LDAP after the migration of EGI Check-in to keycloak #33

Following up on the announcement of the migration of EGI Check-in to keycloak: https://operations-portal.egi.eu/broadcast/archive/3082
fedcloud-vm-monitor currently relies on LDAP to extract the user email from EGI Check-in.
This will not work after the migration completes on 19th March and therefore we will have to find an alternative solution.
