Creating Assay sample_types for MetaboLights #7
Description
To be able to handle data destined for submission in MetaboLights, creating new Assay Sample Types from the following two files in the MetaboLightsConfig20150707 folder:
- metaboliteprofiling_ms.xml
- metaboliteprofiling_nmr.xml
The zip file can be found at:
ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/metabolights/submissionTool/ISAcreatorMetaboLights.zip
Folder at:
ISAcreatorMetaboLights\Configurations\MetaboLightsConfig20150707
Resulting Assays need to be relatable to their source (ms or nmr) and the repository (MetaboLights). This relates to issues #4 and #5
