Remove option allowlist for module compiling

Edit: This original issue is wrong. The allowlist exists for esbuild, not for svelte options. While we do need to get rid of the explicit list, Svelte 5.37 does not help unfortunately.

As of Svelte 5.37.0, due to the introduction of sveltejs/svelte#16362, we no longer need to specifically allowlist module options. We should bump the minimum Svelte 5 version to 5.37.0 and remove the allowlist since it will eventually get out of date and cause more issues than its worth
