`$ operator is invalid for atomic vectors` when uploading non-DwC-archive .zip

I attempted to use the tool with a DwC archive and an issue was thrown.

I uploaded the .zip file and was given a cryptic error.
After checking I realized that I have uploaded the wrong .zip file.
A more clear error message might say something like "The uploaded .zip file is not formatted correctly as a DwC archive".
