Inconsistent block sizes aren't currently supported for .ebsp files

I get the error: 'Inconsistent block sizes aren't currently supported for .ebsp files'

Could you please explain what this means and if there is any way to resolve?

Oxford Instruments systems now produce a .h5oina which includes patterns and should be easier to parse due to it being a h5.
