Versioning: Make sure to keep up with EOdal development cycle

Make sure the notebooks are kept up-to-date with the latest developments in EOdal. Thus, for each EOdal release, there should be an according release of the notebooks!

apparently, we need to upgrade the notebooks and Docker file to version 0.2.2 and make sure they still run (see #17, #18)
