README uses pip install, but package seems not to be published at pypi

The recommended installation is via pip install eopf-geozarr but can' see the eopf-geozarr at pypi: https://pypi.org/search/?q=eopf-geozarr

Therefore the pip install eopf-geozarr is failing with:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement eopf-geozarr (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for eopf-geozarr

The release jobs are all failing. It looks like maybe the environment is missing.

Maybe something like this would fix it:
