We need to create a Docker Image to perform a sample SAFE to Zarr conversion using the Dask Cluster.

The image must be compatible with JupyterHub, so the base could be the official eopf image provided at: https://gitlab.eopf.copernicus.eu/cpm/eopf-cpm/container_registry/28?sort=desc
