Unable to connect with steam (auth)

I am using P2P netcode sample and I am not able to connect with steam, when I try to connect, it says 
`Steamworks.NET plugin (version 20.2.0) not installed. Install through the package manager from the git URL https://github.com/rlabrecque/Steamworks.NET.git?path=/com.rlabrecque.steamworks.net`
While I have already installed `SteamWorks.Net` from the respective URL
