Fix double click behaviour of the app

Current behaviour:
Single clicking on any icon selects the particular icon. Double clicking any icon opens the edit and download modal for a particular icon. Selecting an icon and then double clicking on the icon opens up an empty modal. Also, double clicks don't work as expected if clicked very quickly.

Expected behaviour:
Single clicks selects and deselects any icon. Double clicks opens the edit and download modal irrespective of the state of the icon (selected or not selected). Fix the double click duration.
