There is no `src/config.json` file in the project.

Describe the bug

I wanted to work on some of the front-end issues of this project, I checked in the docs you need to change the value of apiURL to https://userstory-strapi.herokuapp.com in src/config.json file

Expected behavior

Wanted to run this project locally.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Arch Linux x86_64
• Browser: Google Chrome 99.0.4844.51

No worries, I found there was already a PR made for this, I used their (#156) code for my local development, It worked.
