Unable to post comments on mobile web #215

Describe the bug
In the mobile web UI the comment button gets 90% hid by the graphic as shown in the image below. It'd be better to shift the button in the case of mobile web.
To Reproduce
Open a story from mobile or toggle to mobile web view from your browser's dev tools.
Expected behavior
Have a clear CTA
