[Bug] Edit Comment and Reply not working as expected

Describe the bug

-> In the case of multiple comment or reply, whenever edit icon is clicked all the comment/reply gets into edit mode.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create 2 or more comments in a story
2. Then click edit icon
3. You will see that both the comment section gets open for editing of comment with same value inside them
4. Try with replies also

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
-> Expected behaviour should be that only comment on which edit icon is clicked should be opened to edit mode.
