Vector layers style in Globe view

Currently, it is not possible to map the OpenLayers style from the eoxMap config into the OpenGlobus vector layer. We probably need to be able to translate the whole logic into OpenGlobus.

As a starter, we can limit our support to the :

• normal css colors ( e.g rgba(255,255,255,0.6))
• "get" expression (so something like 'fill-color': ['string', ['get', 'COLOR'], '#eee']).

Looking at the openglobe API. it seems that these are the supported style keys:
fillColor, lineColor, strokeColor, lineWidth, strokeWidth

currently simple expression based styles can be rendered via the #2121.
but not for more advance operations e.g ( below) :
