New minor version release? (1.12.0)?

Hello! Apologies if this is the wrong venue for this sort of question. I've been blocked on using 1.11 due to some presolve issues, many of which seem to have been patched on the latest branch (thank you!!).

I was curious if a new release would be coming soon / considered? I'd love to test these out / see if we're able to upgrade forward from 1.10!
