ENH: Manage "Indicator Constraints" #410
Description
Testing highs with miplib2017 models (right now only LP) there is several models that highs can not handle due to the "INDICATORS" section present on the mps file.
Looking here https://www.gams.com/latest/docs/UG_LanguageFeatures.html#UG_LanguageFeatures_IndicatorConstraints for the explanation of it.
Would be nice if HiGHS could implement it !
