Port `WorldAgriCommodities` UDFs to python 3.11

per https://github.com/eu-cdse/openeo-cdse-infra/issues/767, the benchmarks WorldAgriCommodities was pinned down to python 3.8 with b431166 + 308c8bb

These UDFs should be ported to python 3.11

FYI: in a python 3.11 env, the benchmark jobs were failing with
