Half-degree WACCMX fails to restart

The following half-degree test fails when restarting due to erroneous P0 value in the restart file:
ERS_Ln9.f05_f05_mg17.FX2000.cheyenne_intel.cam-outfrq9s_f05

The reference pressure, P0, should be 1e5 Pa. However the value write to the cam.r. restart file is:
P0 = 1.11030301056607e-07 ;

This causes an error to occurs during initialization of restarted test run.

Seems to be an issue with only some PE layouts.

Restarts fail with PE layouts:
768x3
600x3

Restarts are successful with PE layouts:
1200x3
1728x1
1800x1
3600x1
