Prepare REF datasets for obs4MIPs #4021
Description
In #3960 a procedure is introduced to CMORize data according to the obs4MIPs CMOR tables.
The following datasets are already available as OBS or OBS6, but need to be made available in obs4MIPs for the REF.

To make data ready for obs4MIPs, a new CMORizer configuration script is needed and a CMORizer script written in Python may be needed. Things are still changing a bit, I plan to continue working on #3960 once all recipes in Diagnostics have been integrated into the REF.
